Kimi graduated from the Accounting Institute of Chung Yuan Christian University. Kimi began his career at Deloitte Consulting.

After service with Deloitte for 10 years, Kimi joined Solidyear Group (company code:6737) to oversee the operations of the accounting department. Then, he took charge of all divisions under the Finance Department and was promoted to CFO/Spokesperson of Solidyear Group in 2018.

In October 2022, Kimi took on the role of Corporate Governance Officer.
Kimi joined Sunhawk and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in August 2023.
